GOVERNO PROÍBE VENDA DE MAIS DUAS MARCAS DE AZEITE
O governo proibiu, nesta segunda-feira (26), a comercialização, distribuição, fabricação, propaganda e uso de mais duas marcas de azeite: La Ventosa e Grego Santorini.
A proibição ocorreu após denúncia do Ministério da Agricultura e Pecuária em outubro de 2024 e ação fiscalizatória da Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (Anvisa), que publicou a proibição no Diário Oficial da União desta segunda.
É a terceira proibição de azeites feita pelo governo federal em maio.
Na semana ada, os azeites das marcas Almazara, Escarpas das Oliveiras, Alonso e Quintas D'Oliveira também foram vetados pela Anvisa após denúncias do Ministério da Agricultura.
Segundo a decisão desta segunda, as empresas embaladoras dos azeites tiveram seus CNPJs extintos por inconsistências cadastrais na Receita Federal.
São elas a Caxias Comércio de Gêneros Alimentícios - embaladora da La Ventosa - e a Intralogística Distribuidora Concept - que embalava a Grego Santorini.

BC LIBERA SOLICITAÇÃO AUTOMÁTICA DE RESGATE DE “DINHEIRO ESQUECIDO” A PARTIR DE 27 DE MAIO
O Banco Central anunciou nesta segunda-feira (26) que será possível habilitar a solicitação automática de resgate do “dinheiro esquecido“ no Sistema de Valores a Receber a partir de 27 de maio. A novidade, segundo a instituição, é apenas na forma de solicitar o resgate. “O propósito é facilitar ainda mais a vida do cidadão, que não precisará consultar o sistema periodicamente nem registrar manualmente a solicitação de cada valor que existe em seu nome”, informou o BC.

Tchau, Gorgonzola? Agora é Queijo Azul!
Você sabia que o tradicional queijo gorgonzola vai mudar de nome no Brasil? Isso acontece por causa de um acordo entre o Mercosul e a União Europeia, que protege nomes de produtos com indicação geográfica. Como “Gorgonzola” é um queijo típico da região de Gorgonzola, na Itália, só os queijos produzidos lá poderão continuar usando esse nome.
A regra é clara: nada de “tipo gorgonzola” ou “estilo gorgonzola”. Aqui, ele ará a ser chamado de Queijo Azul, nome genérico para queijos com mofo azul.
A mudança já está acontecendo nas prateleiras, e muitos produtores brasileiros estão se adaptando à nova exigência.
Mas calma, o sabor continua o mesmo. O que muda é só o nome (e talvez a etiqueta).

INSS COMEÇA A DEVOLVER DESCONTOS INDEVIDOS A APOSENTADOS; VEJA DATAS
O Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS) inicia nesta segunda-feira (26/5) a devolução de valores a todos os aposentados e pensionistas que sofreram algum desconto de mensalidade associativa na folha de pagamentos referente a abril.
Os beneficiários receberão reembolso no total de R$ 292 milhões. A devolução ocorrerá de forma conjunta ao pagamento regular dos benefícios, de 26 de maio a 6 de junho.
Segundo o INSS, os valores serão devolvidos automaticamente e não é preciso que o aposentado ou pensionista tome qualquer providência.
Os valores, vale lembrar, estavam retidos por determinação do INSS desde o fim do mês ado. Após a Polícia Federal (PF) deflagrar operação que mirava os descontos indevidos, o INSS determinou a suspensão de todos os descontos desse tipo.
Como a folha de pagamentos referente ao mês de abril já estava fechada, os descontos ainda foram realizados nos pagamentos feitos entre 24 de abril e 8 de maio. O INSS, no entanto, reteve esses valores e não reou o montante às entidades associativas.
De acordo com o órgão, a data exata da devolução depende do valor do benefício e do último algarismo do Número de Benefício (NB) - sem considerar o dígito verificador, que aparece depois do traço.
O escândalo do INSS foi revelado pelo Metrópoles em uma série de reportagens publicadas a partir de dezembro de 2023. Três meses depois, o portal mostrou que a arrecadação das entidades com descontos de mensalidade de aposentados havia disparado, chegando a R$ 2 bilhões em um ano, enquanto as associações respondiam a milhares de processos por fraude nas filiações de segurados.
